Helping you prepare for postpartum.
You don't have to guess your way through healing and recovery.
Postpartum Planning Sessions will help you learn about traditional postpartum care and how to nourish your body in ways that support deep healing and milk production. We will map out your village in advance so when your baby is born, you can focus on recovery.

What happens in a Planning Session?
In our time together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you. I will also provide education on the following:
-
Our cultural postpartum traditions that once protected and helped us heal
-
How to get the most rest while caring for your new baby
-
How to get breastfeeding off to a good start within the first hour of your baby being born
-
How to nourish yourself to help build a strong milk supply
-
How to avoid feeling depleted through nutrition
-
Creating plans for support
-
Ways to prepare in advance for meals, childcare for your older children, and a calm home environment
-
What’s normal in postpartum and what needs attention
-
Getting answers to your breastfeeding questions
-
Motherhood advice and guidance
Leave with a clear plan so postpartum doesn’t feel like guesswork.
Real mothers. Real guidance that made a difference.
Kendra provided such a wholesome, beautiful experience. I felt calm, prepared, and fully supported. She’s so attentive and I love her holistic approach. The postpartum services were top tier!
“Kendra made sure I was seen and heard and helped me through postpartum depression just by being present. She’s one of a kind.”
From the first time I spoke with Kendra I felt comfortable to share my concerns and ask all my questions. She is open, inviting and allowed me to voice all of my thoughts from my past pregnancies.
About Me
Kendra Lonon,
Holistic Doula
As a mother of five, I know what it’s like to want a safe birth, without feeling rushed or dismissed. I also understand how breastfeeding can feel overwhelming and how that stress can impact your entire postpartum experience.
I’ve supported women through pregnancy, birth, and those early days at home when they're trying to heal themselves while at the same time having many questions about feeding and caring for their new baby. I am passionate about protecting mothers and returning to the kind of postpartum care that once helped us heal, rest, and be heard.
My role is simple. I guide you through what matters, help you speak up when it counts, and make sure you never feel like you’re doing this alone.
